i do understand it will harm me, from how much i have previously smoked and the continuous cigarettes i have each day, i do know that, i don't care enough to change my actions though, it's a lot less stressful by doing it, it's also something i've done for a long time, so i don't plan to change unless someone can encourage me enough to stop. and ty for all the welcome msgs
